I was desperately looking for companies in the area to fix my grapple truck. It was an emergency. Not one of them was able to help. The 4th company highly recommended Richmond Hydraulics! I met Rich the owner that day. Awesome guy with a great personality, eager to help. He was so reassuring that everything was under control and they would get me back up and running. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because it’s rare to see a business owner that cares so much about customer satisfaction. Our interactions from day one has been unbelievable. I still can’t believe I have a guy that can take care of my extended fleet of heavy equipment! To top it all off, the most reasonably priced company I’ve encountered in over 15 years of business. There were a few things he did outside the original agreed scope of work, and he did not charge me for it! 👏🏾 I also have to mention that his employees are knowledgeable and have the same passion as Rich. Truly an awesome team of experts to get your heavy equipment back running in a timely fashion. It’s so refreshing to know that this company is not interested in price gouging and trying to secure big dollars over relationships. I just wish in my 15+ years of owning my company, I would have met him in the beginning. I would have saved a lot of time, aggravation, disappointment, and money. All I can say is, I’m thankful for Richmond Hydraulics.
