I would definitely recommend using JDL Home Inspections. He was very timely and thorough in the inspection. Also he was very friendly and was able to answer any questions that I had. Over all it was a great experience.

I am so grateful to have had Josh do my home inspection. I feel he as very knowledgeable, friendly and his inspection was very thorough with a reasonable price. He answered all my questions very patiently. I would recommend him and his service to anyone. Definitely will use JDL Home Inspection services in the future. Josh thank you again.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the Home Inspector. Not only did he answer my questions, he informed me of other information I did not think to ask. Photos are very thorough. And there is back and forth communication. I would definitely refer this company.

Couldnt have asked for a better inspector! Josh was very responsive to my messages and calls and set up an inspection time that worked for me. He even had the inspection reports to me the very next day which was a huge blessing. I highly recommend JDL Home Inspections for any of your home inspection needs!
