I am having the same issue as all of the other customers who have posted recently. After numerous unanswered calls I have decided to leave a post in an attempt to get this company to call me back as I paid them thousands of dollars for the installation of my generator. I called their number recently and a person answered saying thanks for calling rock electric, I am starting to think this company closed doors. IF YALL ARE STILL IN BUSINESS PLEASE CALL ME ASAP. I am a paying customer. Businesses need paying customers to stay in operation business 101

Weve had the EXACT same issues as everyone with negative experiences.
Energized Electric always had supply chain issues or some excuse as to why our Generac was never delivered.
I began calling other Generac dealers in the area. Not one I called had a supply chain issue. Major red flag! Do your research!
Generator Supercenter of the Palm Beaches had a warehouse full of Generacs ready to be either installed or sold. We purchased one directly from them, they delivered it and sat it on the pad Engergized had installed. Called the Generator Supercenter, they delivered a stand alone Generac two days later.
We lost thousands of dollars.
Do not sign a contract with Energized Electric out of Fort Pierce, unless you want to lose money and dont want a generator.
I highly recommend Generator Supercenter of the Palm Beaches.
