Started out loving but now no so much. After months of visits to get dentures is when they decided to send a bill for 6 grand. Went in office got approved. Said they accept my insurance. Maybe 10 or more visits and each visit I asked if I owed anything. Each time was no your good. Well come to find out they don't take my insurance but instead of admitting they screwed up they let me proceeds to dentures. I had several visits before then were teeth has to be extracted and guns had to heal. So, by then several months in your telling me they still didn't know they didn't except my insurance. They waited until I got my dentures months later and went f for all the final fittings to send me a bill for 6 grand. Then one month into having them a tooth breaks in half eating lunch. I bring in the office to get fixed and they want to charge close to 500$. So, the 6 month warranty is a lie. The dentist was arguing with be saying it is my fault that you can take a hammer to them and they will not break. Well bull. It wasn't the sandwiches fault. Give me a break. I am reporting them to every place I can think of. Poor customer service now that they screwed up.

Show up at my scheduled appointment at 8am after receiving a text confirmation at 6:01am the same day appointment is scheduled. I'm told they can't see me today despite the fact I confirmed my appointment and took the day off of work. Another person walks in also for an 8am appointment and they will see him but he is of other melanin than me. Funny how that works. Reverse racism at its finest. Don't go here if you don't want to be racial profiled!!!
