The first experience I had with this company was extremely pleasant and the computer was fixed. However, the second experience, the owner failed to communicate the cost of service and I was shocked when I had to pay $375.00. In addition, the invoice provided did not make much sense.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have known Tim for 15+ years and I am on my 6th Apple computer. He has provided me with outstanding service on each and every one, including setting them up, transferring data, troubleshooting problems, and just keeping everything running in tiptop condition. He also gives me great advice when I am looking at a new machine - including what I do and don't need to include. He was also able to retrieve lost data from my then college-age son's PC which had crashed and burned and given up for DOA by the PC squad. Tim has always been very professional and accommodating at every turn and his technical expertise is unrivaled. I can recommend Tim and MacPro without any reservation whatsoever. MacPro is the perfect name - it says it all!

After being told be Apple Care to make an appointment at the Genius Bar down at the gardens mall for my out of warranty Mac book pro that wouldn't boot up, I contacted Tim by phone and was able to quickly drop it off for inspection. Within a few hours Tim diagnosed the problem and had a solution that served me best. He confirmed his assumption and was aware of a recall on a specific part that Apple used in my model! He gave me explicit instructions on how to get it fixed by Apple for free! I followed those instructions and received a box the next morning from Apple to ship it to them. It was returned to me a week later completely repaired and all for free! Thanks to Tim for the honest assessment and genuine service he provided. So many people today would have taken advantage of my situation to make an easy buck. There is a lot to be said about what Tim did here folks. I hope this review will help him get as much business as he wants! I will definitely use him in the future and send as many people his way as I can.
