So far so good. Staff is very nice and accommodating! They treat you like family. I enjoy the sessions. Yesterday, when I first arrived, I smiled when I was on the rowing machine, I was happy to see the instructor on the screen! Its working! The whole team is kind and their customer service is awesome!

I love this place! Ive seen and felt immense physical changes since my husband and I started working out here a few months Ago. The facility is immaculate and the staff is great. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Just signed up recently with my wife. I do strength training with some bodybuilding mixed in 5-6 days a week (deadlifts, heavy bench press, squats ect.) And I have been looking for somewhere to do some hot yoga and hot cardio in a sauna for active recovery days. My wife was also looking for somewhere to get back into working out and doing things such as barre and hot yoga. We were both very impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff as well as the 24/7 access and the ease of booking time in their saunas via the app.. definitely a great spot for your active recovery needs and a great spot to get a workout in if you are looking to do hot workouts in a sauna. They also have a selection of free weights in the back (dumbells and kettlebells) if you are looking to get some light weight training before or after your sauna time. Overall we are very pleased so far ;)

HOTWORX has been part of my new fitness journey for 5 weeks now. From the moment I walk in and when I leave; I am greeted by such an amazing staff. Ive never seen such great customer service, where the staff takes their time to remember you. And this is because of the great leadership they follow from their manager Vincent. I truly feel like I belong here. Ive received comments about the weight Ive lost and how beautiful my skin is glowing! HOTWORX is saving me mentally, physically and emotionally. I am so grateful I am a part of this fitness community.
