Startled that HIPAA highly confidential patient ‘daiily treatment notes’ were carelessly handed out to random patients ready to exit. These sheets had personal very sensitive diagnoses, news, address, everything you’d want to remain private. I sat in my car reading the sheet carelessly handed to me, referring to my diabetes, hypertension, who knows what. Suddenly I realized the very young clerk just handed me a very private sheet belonging to some other patient! Easy enough to shred his but who had been given my private notes? Terrible inefficient, unprofessional. And huge HIPAA violation due to untrained, careless desk staff. This office needs training. The greeter person at the window behaves as if you don’t matter, no simple courtesy from her! This office needs a deep training in proper greeting and welcoming skills. That’s just 1 of three serious complaints. Choose ANY other office.

I was extremely impressed with this group of doctors. You will find out that you are not treated like a number at Florida Urology. They took the time to talk to me, they learned and they listened. Yes. They let me talk and they listened. So far, I have been seeing my urologist for three years now and I will not go anywhere else. They are the best. I promise you will be happy with this group of Urologists.

The Office Call Answering Staff... was highly unprofessional, angry and indifferent to me. Most questions were answered with"...that's not my job". And the questions were basic easy questions most any patient would ask. Of course this now makes one suspect ( after a conversation with angry and indifferent and combative staff )... as to how high up does the indifference actually go? Should I risk my health to find out?

Would not recommend. My wife was there last year and he misdiagnosed her not once but twice and the medicine he gave her made things worse and we’ve been battling the last year to get her healthy again. He preformed a procedure on her that multiple doctors told us didn’t even need to happen and overall he’s not nice when confronted he blames his patients instead of his pathetic practice. I will make sure everyone I know never goes to him because watching my wife sick everyday for months and not knowing what to do in reality he was the problem.

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional so was his staff at both offices. I had a procedure for kidney stones done and I was completely satisfied with my results Highly recommend their facilities and the doctor
