Appt scheduled between 1-5pm. No one called me to make me aware that the Technician was running late! So at 5:10 pm (after my scheduled time) I was connected through you by way of First American Home Shield and when I spoke to your tech and was inquiring as to why I waited for 4 hours for a window and had not heard anything from Aqua Brite, the Tech got very rude and offensive with me on the phone and proceeded to inform me that I was not the only one that he was assigned and he didn't have the time to be talking to everyone while he is on an install. Well I don't have the time to throw around and wait for a rude Technician to respond the way he did. You all seem to think that my time is frivolous and not worth respecting. I would have been ok with a phone call at some point during my 4 hour waiting period to tell me that the tech was running behind or SOMETHING, but to be spoken to like I was when I was inquiring about my service call that was set by your company, is uncalled for at the least! Shame on you!

Affordable but not consistent! My suggestion is ....they invest in proper training and associate constructive advice to boost moral and create a more willful motivated work environment.
