New management of the facility, (specifically, Lee) has personally surprised us several times with the change in customer service. The improvements in communication and efficiency since his arrival and his eagerness to go "above and beyond" has made this really difficult period in our lives much easier. Every need we've had was handled in just one call with no complications. Things were not always like that in the past. Since the storm, things have not been easy for lots of people. Lee 's "willingness to help" made things so much easier for us, I can imagine there are many more people that are grateful for the changes. Thanks for that. J.M.
