I had 3 roll up doors installed in my sunroom. Upon initial installation, the one of vinyl doors was broken. It took well over 3 months for a replacement to come in. In fact, before that replacement door came in, the other two vinyl doors broke. It took well over another 3 months to get replace doors. When they finally came in, they were not the doors I ordered. Then one of the roll up screens broken. And then the other two roll up screens broke. I signed my contract on 05-21-21 and as of today, 01-13-23, I still have the incorrect vinyl doors and 2 broken roll up screens. Needless to say, I am a very dissatisfied customer who paid way too much money. Poor quality and poor customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this product.

In 2018 we had Maestroshield roll up screens installed by a local maestroshield representative in Lakeland, Fl.  The screens have been problematic ever since installation.  Two of our three screens are large, over 10 feet in width.Apparently,  the screen installations are "very sensitive" to "absolute" level & square installation. (not close.....but absolutely level and square.)Four year laters our screens continue to come off the track, jerk when rolled up or down, and then come off the track and get stuck.We have contacted the Factory in Naples, Fl. and spoke with the owner.The problems remain unresolved and the screens remain undependable.We regret the installation of Maestroshield products and can not recommend them.
