very helpful company. their lady tech there did an amazing job on my freezer. great costumer and communication skills. would definitely recommend their service work.

Terrible product knowledge and terrible customer service. The sad part is that they probably don’t even care about reviews because of no competition.

The two ladies there seemed nice; however, we were promised our equipment would arrive within three days and nothing. Then we were told it would come the next week and nothing. Their voice mail box is also always full. Equipment arrived about two weeks later. Just wished we weren’t told something else in the beginning but overall, good.

I do not recommend this business. They sold a very expensive sandwich prep station we had on consignment for far below what they told us it would sell for and never asked us for approval on the low price. It's approximately 4 months later, I have yet to receive payment for that and an ice machine that they told us they would buy outright from us. When I call during business hours, the voicemail is full and cannot leave a message. I now have to spend more time hunting them down for payment.
