I would think twice before using this company. Their brokers are rude and condescending at least the one I'm deal with, doesn't let you speak screams at you is disrespectful and has no customer service at all. I'm a 46yr old professional and I would like to be treated the way I treat people. I'm posting this again because they deleted my first post. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of them. In times like this we have to be so careful and for someone like me who has cancer even more. They'll lie and say their guna make it easy for you it's just another lie. I feel the company should send their employees to customer service workshops. As us in the medical field have to do continuing education and workshop they should be held to the same standards.
