I called to find out some information on some voting material. I shouldve gotten the mail and I was greeted by a gentleman that basically yelled at me. Maybe it was a stupid question I asked, but it sure wasnt professional the way he handled my question he was arrogant and polite and downright rude and crude, terrible customer service. I would avoid this place with a passion if you could if they cant even speak to you politely on the phone, no matter what youre trying to find an answer to. I have no use for them.

My experience with them has been very poor. They were replaced at my community by another company who so far is doing much better.

Kelly Fine is an amazing person! Very caring and goes out of her way to assist in any way she can. We had a building/ construction/addition/ change issue that we needed assistance with. She was truly outstanding! A true rockstar in every way! Thank you for Kelly!!! Nancy and Bill Bogardus, lakeside. Thanks also to Mr Valentine who was also very very helpful!
