Its a wonderful place to work@but ceo needs to due better by treating each employee with great value& hardwork effort&give out bonus & better raises .this year nobody got anything.all my 10yrs there@gulfcoast many changes has taken place.somethings good& the way employee are treat with the system not right.we much better award incentive of appreciation in our hard work .also no matter what everyone deserves a vacation off work to relax there mind mentally ,it's fair that leader s take off whenever they want.,the reason I see they can't keep new employees ,is that the pay & how much walking we all do on a daily basis.while certain ones do less,it's favor .this is my opinion I see daily.need to be do much better.
