Office Depot

This review is about the variety of products, they should have everything office related, but it's the second time already that I ask for something and they don't have it, last time I just asked for plastic markers for a notebook and they didn't have it on 2 locations that I went to.

This should be a "0". I bought a Lenovo Computer in July and was sold a $189.99 warranty and was told if anything went bad just bring it in and they (Office Depot) would take care of everything. NOT SO The key board, number pad mouse on key board and camera all stopped working. After trying to do the self fix they have on the computer everything quit. I toke it to Office Depot only to be told there was nothing they could do to call the warranty company, I did. They said everything should be taken care of in 24 hours. Not so I called them back only to be transferred to Lenovo who told me to take it to Office Depot to be repaired. So, back to square 1. I take it in to Office Depot and was told they don't do repairs(lie #2) to call the warranty company. The warranty company is taken care of it after 2 hours on the phone and NO HELP from Office Depot or Lenovo.
