        Terrible experience. My doctor gave me a prescription for an MRI. Radiology Regional asked for my radiology records from Good Samaritan Hospital in Islip NY. The information was given but the images were never received. I spoke with someone from Radiology Regional who told me that the address on the Imaging order is incorrect. She said the building is closed. The images may have been sent to an empty building. I have given up trying to work with this group. Why hasn't the address been corrected?

        Why am I called on a Saturday to schedule a procedure and then the number system says I need to call Monday to schedule. A little insanity?
