I wish google had a zero star option. After paying 15 grand for a brand new unit inside and out we are left with zero satisfaction. Not one month after installation it was broke. Air pros has been out several times with a new answer as to why every time. Here we are 2 years after installation with reoccurring problems. The kicker we just had to pay 1100 for the last repair, the reason this time, a leak. It boils down to a poor job installing it to begin with or leak from the manufacturer. Either way it shouldnt be us that pays to fix it. My husband did ofcourse because we have a 17 month old and no ac. I have called for a week to speak with a manager to no avail. No way would I give them my business again. I caution you to do the same. Update one week later ac broke again. No update from management I had to call.

This company quoted me a price for mini splits on my mobile home for $20,000+. Are they out of their minds or price gouging senior citizens

Air Pros came next day when I called. They diagnosed and corrected issue quickly and efficiently. The 2 techs were congenial and professiona. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service
