        If you are looking for an amazing workout then, this gym is not for you... there are couple machines broken since long and I have been complaining to all front desk staffs including Manager but no one is taking any action to fix them, so frustrating I will not recommend.

        I have come here for several years now & have taken advantage of using a trainer. I work with Kiru. He is the best one I’ve worked with at this gym. I look forward to working out now & really enjoy my sessions with him. He’s a real asset to your gym. Also like that there are a lot of treadmills & machines & area is clean.

        Been going to gyms most of my life and this gym is by far one of the best . Clean, friendly staff, managed well. Kudo's to Rick and Jordan, friendly staff members. Very helpful and many others. My spot to workout whenever visiting Fort Myer's...No need to go anywhere else. Plenty of cardio equipment and all the freewieght"s and machines you need. 5 Star for sure... Bob S Atlantic City N. J.
