Even if you want to use the self service kiosk, they don't always have the boxes out, so you have to wait in a huge line. I needed a priority box, not express or flat rate, since my package was going to Florida, it would be cheaper. They didn't have them out. So I had to wait in the line. I get there, and the lady was "shocked" there were no priority boxes. "Are you sure?" Of course. Why would I wait in this line? She brings me a flat rate box, which is not what I wanted. I had to explain to this postal worker that it is cheaper to send something within the state as priority not flat. She left again and eventually brought me the right box. No words, just tossed the box to me and walked away. 40 minutes of my time!

I moved to Fort Myers thinking that these things only happened in Miami and decided that it is worse here, they are not even interested in the correspondence of the citizens of this county

I received a package that literally says DO NOT BEND and it was shoved in my mailbox. I am so disappointed in the mail courier for being lazy and not bringing the package to my door. It was a nice sunny day in FL, and I live in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic, yet decided to just shove my package in the box and completely ruined it.
