UPDATE: Mikael responded here with his cell phone number. He directed me to call him personally. I called the number provided and left a message identifying myself. I was met with Mikayel calling me back irritated. He corrected the fact that I called his personal cell phone and not the store phone: "oh well, what can I help you with anyway?" I thanked him for returning my call and ended the convo. This place just must not be for me. After this exchange he then deleted his reply directing me to call him personally. Wow.
