Well, all I can say is that the Britton Team was fantastic! I have to admit that my situation (Im sure Im not alone) not having immediate family Sons and daughters , made things some what difficult for me., however we survived and at the end all went very well. The Para Legal, Peggy Polsinelli, just wonderful and very cooperative. Always available to me to ask questions. In fact the entire staff was always forward with my situation and my request. I wish however, that Miss Britton will handle property trust also, but this was not an issue all got done Any way. Thank you all and thank you for your patience with me. Needed a simple filing of a new Warrantee deed adding an additional person to the document. Secretary wanted an extreme amount of info; Copies of wills , power of attorneys, estate plan & many other items. Her request hints of a description of an ambulance chaser . It would appear the purpose is to get control of your assets after passing. Would not recommend this firm!
