        Watch out for the permit fees. They have a $250.00 option to apply for the permits for you but that doesnt include the cost of the building permit ($279.00 in my case) plus $100 for Dept. of Environmental Protection plus $10 for notice of commencement. Im sure our dock isnt the first to need permits. Very disappointing to get dinged at the end of a job for something they knew going in.
