My husband and I would highly recommend Nova Countertops for their product, installation, and customer service. The Cambria, Southport, product we chose was beautiful and were very impressed with how Nova templated the veins in the countertop and backsplash to match. We were very impressed how quickly they installed them after the cabinets were completed. The customer service was outstanding and the quality of their work is excellent. You cant go wrong using Nova for countertops and backsplash in your kitchen and bathrooms. The office always answered questions and phone calls promptly and politely.

I had a very positive experience with Nova Countertop. From the beginning they were very responsive in establishing my options and consequences on pricing and scheduling. The house stone is classy. The installation was smooth thanks to the perfect measurement it was done. I was really impressed with the ability to cut the stone in ways that resulted in minimal pieces to be glued. The scheduling was very accommodating to my travel needs. my kitchen is transformed. Thank Nova !

I would give Nova 10+ stars if I could. I was changing out the cheap sink the builder put in my new construction home. I ordered a new sink from Nova. It being a small job, most companies will put you on the back burner. The person who took my initial order made a small mistake that caused confusion on my part. The project was much more involved that I thought. Once the owner of Nova found out, she was on the phone with me immediately and took care of the issue. She explained what happened, apologized, and had her guys out to my house the next business day. Not only did she thoroughly communicate, but the install that was supposed to take 3 days, was done same day and within 3 hours. Her crew was beyond professional, and the work absolutely top notch! After remodeling two new homes in SW Florida, this is a VERY rare occurrence. The amount of incompetent business owners who have no idea how to run a company, do substandard work, and then take no responsibility for their mistakes are numerous in my experience. I cant say how impressed I am with Nova. Hands-on owner, who stands behind their work, and is very honest. I really cant say enough about my interaction with this company. They have without a doubt earner my future business, and deserve their outstanding ratings!!!!!!!

Nova Countertops were recommended to us. We are absentee landlords and our tenant has a difficult work schedule to try and schedule around. The people at Nova were above and beyond in seeing that our job was done correctly, with beautiful workmanship, quality materials, reasonably priced and a positive and patient attitude. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
