Dishonest ,father and son team , and subpar work , owner does not take responsibilities for his companys mistakes or damages to your properties. Unapologetic, rude . Contract better be detailed to the extreme or he will cheat . It is a bad party to do business with . Wasted time and money . Pretend to be religious folks , in fact morally at the bottom of the barrel !

Hired them after Ian. All work substandard. Owner is hardly ever on sight. Workers are not qualified to do the jobs. Tile floors are uneven and poorly installed. Electrical wires hanging all over house. No job ever completed. Ruined my toilets when installing. Cabinets ordered wrong and arrived damaged.  Doors not installed properly. Specialty Doors not even ordered. Owner and father have no communication skills. Try to tell you what you want. Has other law suits against him for poor quality work. 4 months have gone by and nothing is finished. SCAMMERS. DO NOT HIRE. Cannot keep help. Come one day and never come back.

Major total home renovation. Owner doesn't do work himself. Hires or drops off cheap unskilled laboreres. It's taken me years to post review because too emotional early on. He's good talker. But not good business man. 3 years later. They never completed job within budget. Robbed Peter to pay Paul. Seriously subs came to my house for payment directly if I wanted finished. I hired plumber and his sub electrician refused to come back. I went to permits office long process to become contractor on job. I hired different electrician. Finally HAD TO stopped giving more money to Josh Roberts owner after too many gross errors. His workers chipped new tub installed. They never made right.
Walls installed were not level and dramatically noticeable once
LLV installed by others. They missed installing vent to roof for dryer. I had paid for professional engineered drawings prior to choosing a contractor. I tried to negotiate but they only wanted more money so never came back to finish and left me paying over 25k to get things done when their quote was only 10k to to 17k to finish. So it's apparent he underbid job and didn't price work right as GC. SUBS had horrific time getting paid. Work they did so poor here I am years later AGAIN hiring to repair cracking paint finishes. Caulk on ceiling medalions and paint on wood trim bubbled and peeled. This was a substantial job after flooding thru whole house with Irma. He was in over his head and it would be insanity to keep paying someone to do such poor workmanship. Insurance claim puts check in contractors name first so with every draw I had to meet him to sign check for him to deposit in his account. Unfair policy for homeowner for sure. Hard lessons learned. Maybe small jobs he's ok?
