So, Goodwill Outlets (or The Bins) are a completely different vibe than Goodwill or any other 2nd hand store I've ever been to. Imagine a free for all derby type thing with people shouting over the loud speaker to "Keep your hands to yourself or you WILL be tossed out. Any aggression and you will be banned!" That imagination will take some of the shock out of the place. The deals can't be beat. You might be, but not the deals (joking! No one wants to be banned from The Bins). Most things are by the pound. Bring cloth gloves if you want to sort through the glass bins. Thems the rules. Things are sorted into 12ft bins, clothes here, shoes there, baskets and games over yonder. Everyone has to give way to the rotation of the bins: don't touch them or anything in them until they say go. Then, by golly, keep your hands to yourself and dive in for the rummage! It's fun and a little traumatic at the same time. Ready? Set? Go!

It is good for cheap shopping, but bring your gloves. The employees do not let you touch anything glass without gloves, even though other Goodwill locations allow you to pick up simple stuff like glasses and cups without gloves. Also, the bins are very dirty and a lot of the time you can only find one shoe and they are not paired together. Everyone here acts like it's Black Friday when the bins are pushed out, but the prices are good and the staff are very friendly.
