What an impression presentation Tracey gave at a leadership conference I attended recently. She not only knows her subject matter well, she also knows how to engage her audience. This is important because there is no return on one's investment if the speaker is unable to hold the attention of her audience. Tracey used so many different ways to keep us motivated and engaged, including short, impressive, on-topic videos, as well as activities where we interacted with each other. What a value she brought -- worth every penny you will spend to have her inform and set the expectations for your company!
