They washed and waxed and put some oily stuff on afterwards. They said it would dry and protect the wax. The next morning after a night of wind. Dirt and debris stuck into the oily residue that never dried at all. I called and the guy yelled at me and said wasn't his problem. The boat looks like crap. Don't use these guys.

Used these guys a few months back, won't ever again. They did half ass job cleaning. The wax job my 4 year old could of done better. Owner had an attitude with me. That alone was enough to know never to use them again.

Hired this company after they gave me a quote for detailing an RV. They did not complete the work they quoted me the price for, and refused to return to complete the job I paid them in full for! Before they left I made a quick tour through the RV to check and it appeared to be ok. But after they left I started going through cabinets, and found hardly any have been vacuumed or wiped out.This with the fact that he refused to do the other promised work.... I was angry! Approx 15 minutes after they left my property, I called the owner (who was the one there doing the work and sent me the quote) and sent him photos of the dirty cabinets. I gave him 24 hrs to reply and hopefully return to finish the half baked job they did. His reply this morning to me... not coming back, job took longer then he thought. That's not my problem! I even offered him extra to remove a film on the front of the RV that he had included in the original quote... nope, not interested not gonna do it! This removal was the only reason I chose this company over another one.... and then he refused to do it! All in all, a very disappointing experience with this company. I feel like I was taken and his customer service pretty much stinks! Be warned and be very very careful if you choose to hire Ship Shape!
