Worst service AHS sent them to my home to repair my refrigerator ice maker. Did a poor job; refused to replace broken shelves in the refrigerator; did not change the panel
that caused the ice maker not to work properly
Just keep feeding me a line of Bull-Sh—
American Home Shield finally sent another repair service
and every broken part was repaired and paid for by
my home coverage AHS No problems at all with getting
approval for all the parts
Would never never use this company again

Came to my house told him before hand the dogs locked and secure in the cage mind you I’m hearing impaired I can’t cover my face because of medical issues like I said he was gonna stay at a distance for safety understood he did not properly fix the machine lied about it said it was fixed and good never told me to check the machine took off and left it is not fixed Service: Washer/dryer repair
