        They need to do better by the tenants,with better maintenance care inside,when a person move out they my makesure walls are painted to smell fresh& carpet clean if any& clean out or blow out air conditioning ducts.alot of mildew according,I told them about it, they take there time in doing things.,need to improve much better care
