We had a great experience with Apple. They were right on time to pick us up for an early flight and they were kind and responsive. Their pricing is also more reasonable than other places. Highly recommend!

Great experience r/t to Captiva Island with wife and two toddlers. Easy peasy pickups and Bob (driver) went above and beyond to make sure he dropped us off at the front of our hotel room after stopping at front desk to check in. Local company with friendly drivers. Clean functional vehicles.

They grabbed the incorrect car seat twice. Drivers do not understand the difference between front seat car seat and infant car seat. This is crazy, putting my son at danger and incurring on a federal violation. I will be making a complain at the FMCC.

Always used to use Apple transport but will not be doing so again the man who answered the phone... was very rude we didnt have our flight info available the second he asked for it which took everything down a dark path safe to say your better off with a kinder company to bad apple used to be great!
