Could not have got into a more beautiful area, or home in general. Elaine Jett helped me become a first time home owner , It couldn’t have gone any better due to being patient and having a fantastic realtor that walks you through the difficulties. Elaine helped by wife and me sell our condo. I am a retired real estate attorney and have been through many, many closings, and worked with many fine Realtors. Elaine is an excellent realtor. My aunt moved to Clearwater into an Assisted Living facility and it was up to me to sell her home. Elaine made suggestions for things we needed to do to make it present well. She and a friend even staged it for me. I live almost 150 miles from Ft. Myers and Elaine always kept in touch with me about everything. I found out after the inspection that certain things were needed to be corrected in order to obtain insurance for a mortgage. She even met with contractors so I wouldn't have to be in Ft. Myers so much. She always called me for my input on any decision that was needed. She is very honest and trustworthy. I consider her very efficient, someone who takes their business seriously, and a friend now for sure. She will treat you right and get the job done.
