        I had a great experience here. It was an introductory stretch for my lower back and after just one session I felt the difference.

        My first test stretch was terrific, but since I got sold on the 3 month package the stretches have been 20-22min long (even though Im paying for 30 min) and its not the same as when the manager stretched me. Theyre constantly training new people and you dont get the same ones consistently. Not feeling like a good stretch if Im being honest. Just a waste of time

        I got a flyer in the mail from them and won 4 stretching sessions so I decided to check them out.  I did have a stretch session with another company a few years ago.David greeted me when I walked in the door even though he was working on a client.   He explained to me the process, had me sign a waiver.I enjoyed the 30 minute stretch session, it really relaxed me.David is new to stretch zone. I enjoyed his energy and interaction with me.

        Should have started this a long time ago!!! 6/26/22...the health benefits have been phenomenal, especially muscular -skeletal. Has assisted big gains in conditioning, flexibility, tone, posture and pain relief! Nathan C. is extremely professional, competent and listens!
