What a horrible business! Poor management (or none at all), cannnot reach anyone to resolve an order and subsequently charged issue for an item NEVER received and NO ACCOUNTABILITY from their salespeople. Prices may be okay but totally not worth the terrible non-service. Also delivery never came and no call but they certainly did charge me!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent appliance order. In December, I made a significant purchase of multiple appliances from BrandsMart at your Miami Garden branch, including a fridge and dishwasher essential for my new home. Despite assurances of timely delivery, two of the appliances were promised to be delivered in February. However, it is now March, and I have yet to receive any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and hardship for me as a customer.

You guys have the worst customer service department. Sent me 2 washing machines that didn't work. Asked to speak with a manager. Was told a message would be passed on for someone to call me and never got the call. Asked for a refund on the washing machine. It was picked up but they never processed the return. That was 9 days ago. Just got off the phonne with the customer service department saying they would process the return. You guys are a joke. I will never step into a brandsmart again
