UHealth Clinic at Walgreens

They are not professional and rude, I work at Jackson Healthcare so they take my insurance. I went there because I was feeling like I have the flu or something and no one was there to greet me. I was instructed by someone in the pharmacy to sign in on the kiosk and I tried. A woman came out and asked why I was signing in I told her I was a walk in and was feeling sick she said I see my next appointment at 4pm. It was 1pm at that time. Like really! You are not a walk in clinic and your tone was not appropriateted. Never again and I will NOT recommend you guys either.

I was on the phone trying to make an appointment and whoever I was talking to was extremely rude and said because I don't have a primary care physician they can't see me that's ridiculous you're a clinic my aunt went yesterday and has the same insurance as I do and made an appointment no problem I don't know who I speaking with clearly wasn't from here and rude as hell I highly recommend going somewhere else

Was told to sleep it off for what was clearly a bacterial sinus infection and then reluctantly given saline nose spray the second time. Ended up having to go to a specialist for what started as a simple issue + missed work. Full charges for both visits that only resulted in more medical bills. Five phone calls to customer support to plead my case that I ended up with actual medical bills due to your neglect and to reduce the charges. No budging. Filed a complaint with my insurance. This clinic cant even solve basic issues that my dog couldve diagnosed. Two stars because they said have a nice day after refuting my claims over the phone and telling me to pay up, quickly!

$99 for a consultation - awesome for someone visiting - our doctor was a great help for my son and wife with their issues. Organized and easy check in - prompt service - not rushed with the doctor - fantastic Thank you very much.

If able, ZERO STARS would be given. An appointment was made and basic information was provided; name, address, insurance info. etc I was provided a time and showed up as requested, 10 minutes prior. No one was there to greet me. A pharmacy employee advised to sign in on a computer located to the side, with no signage. 30 minutes after my arrival a patient exited. After another 5 minutes, I was still not greeted and made my way to the office door and inquired. I was told I didnt have an appointment first, then was told that my insurance was not accepted. At that time I was dismissed, very unprofessionally. Had the appointment website been properly set up, I would have known prior to confirming my appointment, that my insurance was not accepted and not have wasted my time. Walgreens uses my insurance, so why would it be questioned that the clinic inside would not. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never consider UM Health Care anytime in the future. I felt so disrespected, that I may not continue to use Walgreens in the future either. Again, ZERO STARS if available
