Thank you Bunny for planning our first fantastic cruise. Since we never went on a cruise, we had no idea what to expect and had a ton of questions. Bunny is extremely knowledgeable and made everything so easy for us. We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Holland America Koningsdam. The luxurious ship offered outstanding entertainment and the food was unbelievably delicious. I loved waking up every morning and having an itinerary by our door, so we could choose amongst many enjoyable activities. What added tremendously to our experience was the amazing service we received from the Holland staff. Each individual staff member was delightful and they truly made our holiday trip one to remember. I would say New Years Eve dinner at the Pinnacle Grill and party surrounding the pool was the best New Years bash we have ever experienced. It was truly magical. Bunny and Holland America helped us bring in a memorable 2020-year. Thank you Bunny for making our first cruise experience easy, gratifying and remarkable.

Bunny is the best!!! She has planned several trips for us that were spectacular! We have lasting lifetime memories of Alaska cruise, the Rocky Mountaineer and an upcoming New England/Canada cruise. She is well traveled, knowledgeable and always there for you. She even gives her cell number to her customers just in case if a problem or any confusion arises that you may need assistance with, you can call her. Her kindness, sunny disposition and helpfulness are also so appreciated.
