I have two homes that i use uniserv for and both pool never looked better , one was actually green but not anymore! thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, no more mad wife !

Techs were good for a long time. Then I had a problem. Pool got really nasty really quick. Called UniServ, and there are four different prompts to get someone to help me with this, as it was critical. Left messages on all four 'departments.' Noone called back. These calls were all made during daylight hours on a weekday. Noone ever called back. After four days of waiting, I decided to call another pool service. They quickly responded and got my back on track. I was on a monthly renewal with my credit card. It was coming up for payment in less than two weeks. I canceled the card. Sure enough, two weeks later, I got a call from the 'billing department. Telling me that my credit card payment was denied. Told her my experience. Then two days later, my 'tech' called and wanted to know why I canceled the account. So.. if you like this experience, then go wtih Uni-Serv. Otherwise, be warned, they will not call you back when you have an emergency or a problem.
