Made 4 attempts to find leak in pool. Then told me I was on the back burner because he had someone else with a bigger leak. He Said your asking me to find a needle in a hay stack. HE never followed up with me on what he was thinking. I had to call and send pictures to him regarding my leak. I was loosing 1-3 inches a day and having to fill my pool every night for 3 hours, but I wasn't a priority. After 11 days with no resolution I got someone else who found the leak in less than 1 hour.

Joe plugged up a major size hole in our pool liner. Our water leak has slowed down to less then a quarter inch over a couple days. He also came back a couple times to reinforce the large patch. We now can have our grandchild's graduation party this month and our daughter's wedding next month.

Had a small tear in the liner of my brand new pool and Joe came to the rescue and patched it up. Highly recommend!! 5+ stars!!
