Products: New Windows and New Hurricane Impact Porch installation. Contract depicts 22-28 weeks for installation completion. (THIS WAS THE DELAY IN FILING WITHIN THE YEAR)This time frame places installation completion on (28 weeks)Tuesday, October 25, 2022. On July 19th 2022 we made a call to the sales person Vinne Carme and asked for a status. We were told that the items have been ordered and they are scheduling a install date. Nothing was heard from them at all. In January 12.2023 another called was made to aforementioned person. He said he will call back after calling company. On 13Jan 2023 we received a call back from Vinne who told us, "the items have been ordered and installation date is being scheduled". We confronted Vinne with the fact that now (as of Jan 13, 2023) weare at 32 weeks and 4 days and how they FAILED to fulfill their contractual commitment. We were told we can call Cory or Ryan in the office however Vinnie told us they will give us the same information. So we advised because of breach we want our money back. We have made an amicable effort to reach them and work out this issue and get our money back but NORESPONSE. We have sent certified letters of which they have received as of Jan 20, 2023 and still no response as of 02/21/2023

I set up a contract with this company on March 2021, I gave that day the first payment the same day when I signed the contract,the contractor said that will take about 2 months to do de Job. After 2 months I called en the company started telling me lies, 3 or 5 months after I received a phone call telling me that everything is ready, I will received a phone call for the installation, I never received the phone call, I called to many times, nothing happens, my son called them and finally they said thy will do it, what happens they did not have nothing ready no permits etc . Finally they started the job on October after 7 months. Now we pay the last payment 2 1/2weeks/ ago and they have not finished the Job yet. I wont recommend this Company . Only the person who do the installation is responsible.
