Our experience at Marti's New River Bistro was nothing short of exceptional. Located conveniently next to the Au-Rene Theater at Broward Center for the Performing Arts, it was the perfect start to our evening before the Bob Dylan concert. Arriving at our reservation time of 6:15 pm, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The waitstaff as a whole were equally impressive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our meal. As someone with dietary restrictions, I was thrilled to find a variety of delicious vegan options on the menu. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor and freshness. It's often challenging to find restaurants that cater to vegan diets, but Marti's New River Bistro exceeded all expectations. Thanks to the efficient service and delicious food, we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal and still make it to the concert with time to spare. Our evening couldn't have been more seamless and enjoyable. Overall, Marti's New River Bistro provided the perfect prelude to an unforgettable night at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. We're grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.
