They were amazing. They fixed our pocket door that was not usable in 20 yrs. without cutting any sheet rock!!!!!!!! I think this was the most difficult pocket door repair they have done. I am a realtor and will recommend them to clients and other agents.

Smooth Sliders fixed my pocket door and I couldn't be happier. They replaced the hardware and it's now effortless to open and close the door. They were able to change out the hardware without cutting the wall and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Smooth Sliders over and over.....

Worst service EVER!!! Will never recommend them and will for sure file for a small claim case. They came to fix the doors and not only they broke two tiles of my floor but they left a hole between the doors and now when it rains I get water inside the house. I called them to Come and fix it and their solution was to put a sticker on the frame and expected me to be happy about it. When i told them i would not accept that he went nuts and started yelling at me and saying I should be happy he "fixed my doors" for which I paid over $1000 to do so. Moreover, he explicitly said he will not be held responsible for cutting that piece too short and he will not fix it.

Repairing sliding doors is not cheap. Smooth Sliders were quick to respond, and to perform the work. Very professional. The did the work very quickly, with excellent result, and they did exactly what they said they would do and the charges were exactly as they said at the start.
