Carrington Properties is the WORST company to rent from. I had nothing but problems when I rented from this company. They were holding onto my money orders and not cashing them than wanted to go to court. I also paid my rent months in advance and they turned around and sent me late notice and advised me when I called that they had it in a certain Gl. On 05-16-2016 the home I was living in burned down due to electrical issue with the hot water heater. The only time they called me was to see if I had renters insurance. They did not even try to help me find another place to stay and than their reps are NASTY AS HECK. I called three weeks in a row trying to get my deposit back after I was advised they would expedite my request. They didn't want to do anything until I advised the next person they would hear from was my attorney. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY AND DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
