Owning a seasonal property in Florida is very much enjoyable but comes packaged with a few headaches and worries. When hurricane Irma hit last year we thought we were fully prepared for it but little did we know that was not the case. Sometimes its the little things you miss that end up being the costliest. Abed showed us the software they use to send reports on every visit and how it is gps based so it can only be activated while within the property. So far been with them for 2 months and they have delivered on every promise they made. I am getting my twice a week visit reports with pictures and updates. I highly recommend you give them a try.

VIP360 is one of the most professional home management companies that I have hired. These guys pretty much have it all. Abed is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also the system they use to communicate with their clients makes it very easy for me to review reports and access them anytime I want to.
