Professional Parking Management

I seldom write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Professional Parking Management in Coconut Grove to hopefully prevent future frustration for others.A few days ago, I chose to park in a lot managed by Professional Parking Management. I found a parking spot adjacent to a physical payment kiosk within the lot. As anyone would, I paid for two hours of parking, and I made certain to display my parking ticket visibly in my vehicle.I later received an invoice for an additional $90 for supposedly overstaying my allotted time. To address this issue, I reached out to the customer service team via the provided telephone number. Instead of assistance, I was met with disputes over the existence of a kiosk at all, which is absurd, considering the kiosk was my method of payment.I am left not only questioning the efficiency and accuracy of their administrative processes but also concerned about potential misinformation given to customers who are trying to resolve such issues. A parking service should provide convenience, not unwarranted stress and baseless charges.I recommend that potential customers park elsewhere to avoid similar situations.

Somehow they have placed cameras in a garage in Tallahassee. We parked for dinner while moving my son to college. There was no parking arms or signage anywhere to pay to park. In fact my son said he parked there the prior year multiple times the past school year and it’s free parking. I am trying to find out if these cameras have even been legally placed in the garage.Sent a ticket with license place for $78 but if paid within 15 days would only be $28. Absolutely ridiculous for an hour of parking for a dinner!Total scam in my opinion!

I paid to park on their app, including a convenience fee. Then I received a $96.30 collection notice in the mail. NO phone number to call. Just pay the bill or have them report me to collections! CRIMINAL!

Me estacioné en un hotel y solo por que pase por el parqueo de ellos me están cobrando 53 dol y aunque presente la factura del hotel insisten que te go que pagar son unos descarados !!!!

I parked in the lot they manage, while attending an event in Fort Lauderdale. Never again. Although I still had plenty of time left on my parking fee of $20, I was giving a “notice” which came with a $55 fee, as well as a $4.99 transaction fee. Their “Las Olas” address is nothing more than a PO Box at a mail bag store. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as been under scrutiny with the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, as well as local news stations. Do your research!! Unfortunately, they give the venue a bad rap. I strongly urge you to check who is managing the parking area in downtown Fort Lauderdale before you decide to go with this “company.“
