Im not sure where to begin because there are so many things to be said. Megan is young, vibrant, and very knowledgeable. From the first day that I met Megan I just knew that she would be the perfect fit for me. Immediately after our first conversation, Megan created my profile and I began to receive listings the same night. She was persistent with her follow ups and always answered my calls/text messages when I needed her. Once I showed interest in the property, the contract would be drafted within minutes. She is definitely one of a kind and I cant wait to send her clients.

The airport is an unlikely place to meet a realtor, but that is where we met Megan and we are so thankful! Relocating elderly parents is hard enough, but doing it from 1000+ miles away can seem impossible. Megan made the process seem possible, and it was with her help. Megan provided top rate customer service to meet our needs while handling things from Maryland, and at the same time she provided kind and considerate care for the needs of our elderly parents in Ft Lauderdale. While many aspects of the move were difficult, dealing with Megan was a pleasure! We highly recommend her.

Megan is the absolute best!!! After three realtors prior my husband and I felt like giving up but after meeting Megan we had hope again! She is very knowledgeable in the market. She explains everything to you thoroughly so you are never miss informed. She is a shark when it comes to negotiating to get you the best deal! Out of the other realtors she was the only one who carried her laptop with her so if you wanted to put an offer in she was ready to do so on the spot! We really appreciated that. Megan was able to negotiate a private showing just for us before the owners had their open house! And because of that our offer was the first seen and after one day accepted. We are now proud to say we are officially homeowners in 2021. Thank you Megan for helping us with the purchase of our first home; we really appreciate you!
