        I feel the need to share my recent experience at Mercedes in Fort Lauderdale. I am appalled at how the managers treat the employees. While there I heard managers berating the employees on the sales floor for all other employees and customers to hear. I was embarrassed not only for the staff but myself for hearing that. The lack of respect for eachother is clear. It definitely made me rethink my purchase. I don't want to support a business that doesn't support their employees.

        The experience end to end was excellent. Ivan greeted me in the parking and went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was sincere and just super helpful in setting up my first experience with Mercedes with a peace of mind for the future. Thank you to the both of them. I will recommend family and friends to MB of Fort Lauderdale.
