South Florida Medical Imaging

I received a charge from So Florida Imaging for a service that was paid for by my insurance company. When I contacted So Florida Imaging with the check number provided by my insurance company (which had been cashed) they said they will look into it. Either their system is flawed or they are scamming patients for money that has already been paid by insurance. This is the 2nd time that Holy Cross billing agency has done this to me. How many double payments are they receiving from people who dont realize that their insurance paid their bill?

This company is a fraud. They associate themselves with Holy Cross because their doctor's work out of Holy Cross and claim they bill separately even though people receiving their bill never went to their facility or contacted them. If you are getting Diagnostic mammograms or x-rays ask ahead of time and make sure you won't be getting an additional bill from this pop-up company.

The worst billing system ever. No one knows what is going on, they all have different answers, never submitted my claim to insurance company, then they bill me for the full amount and reported me to credit agencies. I will never ever use Holy Cross Hospital even if it's the last hospital on earth

Similar to other complaints, the same thing happen to us. Never submitted the claim and all of a sudden 9 months later we receive a statement from collections. NEVER SENT US A BILL, NEVER SUBMITTED A CLAIM... they now have a claim number that does NOT match the service date, nor the dollar amounts. The claim is for a total of $36.00, NOT the $2020.00 they are claiming AND my responsibility is only $2.83 AND I paid that as part of my hospital bill.
