I fi could put O I would. We had Hit and Run begging of the year and we have a police report and just now I find out that this Agency Grace Swaby Smith State Farm reported us as is our Fault. Its shows at our record now At fault. I have been trying for the past 5 days to receive an email from them where apparently they are saying that it doesnt appears at they record. Very unprofessional and unreliable agency !

This review is specifically for Colleen. I am an artist preparing to rent an office for a studio work space. The landlord required renters insurance for the office rental, which was surprisingly difficult as theres no preset policy for artist renting studio/work space as opposed to renting a space for gallery & class room space for teaching art. Nobody knew how to do the policy (Id called around tirelessly. I almost gave up.) HOWEVER that all changed when Colleen helped me out. She was so professional & never once had a bad attitude about figuring out exactly what I needed as a customer so that I could move forward with securing my work space. She really saved me a huge headache from all the stress. If you need someone at the Grace-Swaby location Colleen is your lady!
