My family and I have known Mercy for over a decade, we have used her services for our medical Insurance needs and also have gotten advice from her and her colleagues on supplemental insurance and life insurance. Best insurance group in florida! She will treat you like family!! We wouldnt trust anyone else with our info and family needs. She and her time work endlessly to find you the best prices and plans ever. Many times working long hours well into midnight to meet Medicare deadlines and market place deadlines. Mercedes help me pick my Health plans and prescription plans for my coverage which Ive been excellent every time I call her with an issue on a prescription or the health plan any questions shes here to answer I called her yesterday and I was paying $239 for prescription she help me pay $19 shes always there for me and her clients she is the best thank you Mercedes bye.
