Felt like a scam. Worked with them for weeks on a homeowner's policy. While I was shopping around they were very persistent with their follow-up but when it came time to bind the policy, only then did they tell me that they couldn't issue coverage because I was "too close to the water". Neither the home nor the ocean moved in all the time we were talking, so it was quite a shock to hear that was the reason for not being able to cover. Wasted a lot of time and effort trying to work with these guys. Beware! Felt like a scam. Worked with them for weeks on a homeowner's policy.
