Great rate! Blew my old insurance out of the water and they got dropped like a hot potato. Still lookin' for my "Doug glasses" tho! Sales Rep that signed me up said she would send me a pair. LiMu Emu and Doug!

Liberty mutual is the worst. Very unprofessional, non knowledgeable, and lack at communicating with customers. This has been the worst experience ever. I joined liberty mutual December 4th after switching from GEICO. The worst decision I have ever made. Everything has gone downhill from there. I could never get my claim Adjustor on the phone, including managers. No one able to provide me with substantial information. No one had any knowledge on the status of my 2021 Q50 l am disgusted, dissatisfied, and disappointed with liberty mutual. I have ended my policy with them and will resume back to GEICO insurance. You get what you pay for. I was paying 307 with GEICO and 237 with liberty… I should have never changed over to liberty mutual. Please be aware before you think about insuring with liberty mutual.
